Gaur Global Village is a residential society being managed by the Apartment owner association and it's an ISO Certified society and registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860.
Gaur Global Village AoA has been registered in May 2015 by Deputy Registrar, Meerut and it's been renewed again in May'2020 and valid till May'2025.
We are the first society in Delhi NCR which is ISO 9001:2015 society for Facility Management Services and certified in Dec'2017 and renewal done in Jan'2021 and valid till Jan'2023.
Gaur Global Village project is the one of the first project of Crossings Republik having completion certificate issued by the Ghaziabad Development Authority and having Fire NOC till Apr'2023 which has been taken by first AoA of Crossings Republik.
Gaur Global Village is a Group Housing Project which has been developed by one of renowned builder of India, Gaursons India Ltd and first possession of this project has been done by builder in 2010. Total no of Flat in our project are 776 under 5 Towers.
